The Phone Link quickly and easily connects the voice output of the Polyana-4 or other AAC device directly to telephones. |
The Phone Link is connected between the phone line and the phone, or between the phone and the handset,
and the input cable connects to the earphone jack of the Polyana. |
The voice output from the communication aid goes out directly from the earphone jack to the phone line. Dialing is done by the phone, not by the aug comm device. The user still needs to be able to drop a line, dial phone numbers, and hold the handset or use a headset in order to be able to hear the caller. |
