Achieve independence
with hands-free telephone access.
The
GEWA Jupiter Speaker-Telephone is a high quality consumer
telephone modified for alternative access. The telephone retains
all of its intended functions and can be used as a "normal"
telephone at all times.
The infrared (I-R) receiver is built-in
only the receiver's "eye" will let you know
it's there. The same Infra-Link transmitter
that operates the telephone can control other functions like
door openers and locks, intercoms, lights, radios, televisions,
tape players, elevators, etc.
For those who have the capability, all
the features of the telephone, including the 8 direct-dial and
40 coded numbers, are accessible directly or with infrared remote
control. A complete line of GEWA Infra-Link transmitters are
available including scanning units for single-switch access to
all of the telephone's functions.
One-channel transmitters with single switch
input can be used to answer the phone or to dial a number in
memory. For many, one memory is set to dial the operator who
can then make any connection desired.
